As the founder of Pecas Strategic Consulting, my values and goals are simple: to help support you in growing and exceeding your own goals for your yourself and your business.

I began my career in commercial insurance at Brown & Brown, building one of the largest books of business in South Florida, before moving to New York where I continued my insurance career before pivoting to high end real estate at Corcoran and Charney Companies. My clientele has ranged from small family businesses to some of the largest owner-operators in the country, including hard-to-place clients like trade contractors and diplomats. Being on full commission for over 15+ years, I intimately understand how critical it is to deliver an excellent standard of work.

After moving to Atlanta as the Sales Manager for a tech startup, I opened PSC after its acquisition and have been fortunate to partner with a variety of business owners from sole proprietors to mid-size companies and teams.
